Fourthwalling: Jack Frost is a pretty common myth, so sure! Knowing the classic Jack Frost stop-motion animation Christmas special is fine (Jack would be pretty tickled, honestly) but as far as specifically recognizing him from the Rise of the Guardians movie, I'd rather not!

Hugging this character: Sure! Jack has been intangible for 300 years, so he would honestly really appreciate it.
Kissing this character: Also sure!
Flirting with this character: He'll probably even flirt back, but despite the fact that he's been a teenager for a few centuries, he's not a particularly sexual person. Harmless, directionless flirting is the sort of thing he'd do though.
Easiest way to get on his bad side: Harm kids.
Easiest way to get on his good side: Be fun. He likes people who can take jokes, and banter with him. If someone plays tricks on him before he gets the chance to do it himself, it'll probably make his decade.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/etc?: Sure, but send me a heads up if you'd like to do this sort of plot!
Fighting with this character: Go for it!
Injuring this character: Sure! He's pretty hardy, but we can work something out!
Killing this character: Yes! However, we should definitely discuss it before it happens.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It depends on the kind of telepathy; Jack is essentially a drowned corpse powered solely by winter magic. If your character's version of mind reading is compatible with that, then go for it!
Other Stuff:
Jack has the ability to induce an emotional state in characters that he encounters: namely one of fun and excitement. In canon, this makes even the children who are being angry or stubborn instantly in the mood for big, free-for-all snowball fights. If anyone is interested in giving their character an emotional boost/a reason to run around and do ridiculous things for a little while, just go ahead and hit me up here! Jack doesn't even really need a reason to do this to someone, so even if we don't have any CR I'd still love to hear from you.
